Wyoming e-bike regulations
Wyoming regulates electric bicycles at the state level under Wyo. Stat. §§31-5-102 and 31-5-707, adopting the standard three-class e-bike system (2019 SF0081). Electric bicycles are not motor vehicles and their operators are exempt from titling, registration, and driver's license requirements; local governments, including Teton County/Jackson, have adopted supplemental pathway-use rules restricting Class 2/3 e-bikes on shared pathways.
