Bicycle regulations, including riding e-bikes in an unsafe manner
Huntington Beach Municipal Code 10.84.140
No person shall ride a conventional bicycle, electric bicycle, moped or similar conveyance in an unsafe manner, including sidewalk riding without caution or riding against the flow of traffic.
