Pima County follows Arizona state e-bike law (A.R.S. § 28-819). In unincorporated Pima County e-bikes are generally treated as bicycles on county roads; the City of Tucson has its own detailed e-bike ordinance.

Pima County follows the Arizona state e-bike statutes, plus any county ordinances listed below. Cities and school districts inside the county may impose additional restrictions on paths, sidewalks and campus property.
