Local rules

Phoenix City Code §§ 36-500 to 36-514 govern electric bicycles. E-bikes are prohibited on sidewalks (§ 36-504), riders must be at least 16 (§ 36-510), and under a December 2024 ordinance update Class 3 e-bikes remain banned citywide for all riders.
