Kenai Peninsula Borough has no borough-specific e-bike ordinance; roads, sidewalks and trails are covered generally by KPB Code Title 14. In 2023 the Assembly unanimously passed a resolution urging the U.S. Forest Service to expand e-bike access on Chugach National Forest trails.

Kenai Peninsula Borough follows the Alaska state e-bike statutes, plus any county ordinances listed below. Cities and school districts inside the county may impose additional restrictions on paths, sidewalks and campus property.
